Join us for a four week series from May 19th to June 9th to learn how you can significantly improve your health by making positive lifestyle changes! Classes are FREE and led by a qualified team including a dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and nurse practitioner. You will be provided with the knowledge, resources, and tools to make lasting health improvements. Participants will receive a free box of fruits and vegetables at each weekly class.
