There are links below to several documents that we ask if you would kindly complete and bring with you to orientation.
If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources at 630-978-2532.

Make sure you bring original I-9 documentation to orientation; documents have to be reviewed within 3 days of your hire. A list of the acceptable documentation can be found in the I-9 document. In addition, we will need a copy of your driver’s license, vehicle insurance, any certifications, diploma, or degrees.

You will be required to sign a confirmation of receipt of our Handbook at Corporate Orientation. You do not need to print a copy of the handbook but you can save this electronic file for future reference. This handbook will be reviewed during orientation. If you would like a hard copy of the employee handbook you may request this from Human Resources.
