Must be a VNA patient who is SNAP active! Participants can learn how to eat healthy and save money while earning $25 a week to shop at onsite Farmer’s Market. (space is limited)
On Thursday, November 28, 2019, in celebration of Thanksgiving Day, all VNA locations will be closed. Only the VNA clinic located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 will be open from 8am to 12pm. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 to obtain immediate assistance.
All VNA Health Centers will close early at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 25th for computer upgrade.
Services will resume the next scheduled day.
