Classes are FREE and led by a qualified team including a dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and nurse practitioner. You will be provided with the knowledge, resources, and tools to make lasting health improvements. Highly recommended if you have prediabetes/diabetes! Recommended Materials: glucometer, blood pressure monitor, and weight scale.

In-person classes are resuming in Aurora (English Only)! Anyone is welcome to join whether or not they are a VNA patient. Call (630) 892-4355 x8181 to register.

Only the VNA Health Center located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 will be open from 8am to 12pm.

On Friday, November 24, all clinics are open.
